Matt has spent more than fifteen years being called into the hard situations, the ones where things are broken, at a crossroads, or moving in the wrong direction. His deepest work has been in global commerce and Amazon, building and leading teams across commercial strategy, retail media, operations, and executive alignment. His focus now is getting organizations structurally ready for AI before it is too late to matter.
Jen is a powerhouse at the intersection of retail, technology, and eCommerce systems. She is the technical infrastructure half of this practice, the person who knows what is actually buildable, what is not, and can call it clearly either way. She runs her own commercial business with AI woven into how it operates, which means every recommendation we make is tested in the real world before it reaches a client.
