How We Think

Most people who say they think in systems are using a metaphor.

This is the actual system. Every node below is a real note in the working knowledge base behind BK Blueprint. Every line is a real connection between ideas. You are looking at the organized foundation that makes our AI work compound instead of reset every morning.

What you are seeing

Node size reflects how many other ideas connect to it. The large hubs are not the most important notes, they are the most connected ones. That distinction is the whole point. Structure emerges from use, not from a folder plan drawn up on day one.

Why this exists

You cannot automate what is not organized. Every AI workflow we build for a client sits on a foundation like this one. If the foundation is missing, the automation produces confident nonsense at scale.

What it is not

This is not a note-taking hobby. It is the operating layer that lets one person run an advisory practice, a hands-on trade business, and a product build without dropping context between them.

What is hidden

This is a high-level preview, not the full map. Sixteen nodes are shown here, two of them deliberately obscured -- real, and connected exactly as shown, but with generalized labels. Client work, proprietary architecture, and anything sensitive stay off this page entirely.

The Stack

Organized thinking needs somewhere to run.

The map above is the foundation. This is the tooling that sits on top of it. Most of it is deliberately unremarkable, because the advantage was never which tools you buy. It is whether the layer underneath them is in order.

On the locked tiles

Four layers are not shown. They are the parts that are actually ours: the product architecture, the custom tooling built on top of these platforms, how work is routed between them, and how any of it reaches a client. The commodity tools are visible because they are commodity. The rest is the reason anyone hires us.
